Orders will be processed in 2 to 3 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive an order shipment notification once your order is shipped. Please note that orders greater than 50 Kilograms take longer to process.

The Tea Planet ships Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3 p.m. IST. Orders placed after 3 p.m. IST will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it usually takes 5-7 days for delivery of your order. For metro cities, it is usually within 48 working hours. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

You can check your order status using the tracking code and link in the email. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving the email confirming the shipping of your order, please reach out to us at info@speakingtea.com or +91 8904454453 with your name and order number, and our team will look into it for you.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on your order quantity and your location's PIN code. It will be added to the final payment page.
