  • Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  • For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must return the item you purchased within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • If our products arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us immediately. We will happily send a free replacement regardless of their expiration date. Contact our customer support team if you have more questions or if anything is unclear.

Cancellation Policy

  • While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care your order number to cancel it before the order has been processed. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits, which could be used at any time for shopping on our website. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the website, Speaking Tea could cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders they place.
  • Speaking Tea shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organisation/s, manufacturers/shop, etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots, or any cause that is beyond the control of Speaking Tea. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Orders, once placed & processed through www.speakingtea.com, will not be cancelled or refunded.
  • In case of any delay or default in such delivery, Speaking Tea shall not be held liable or responsible.
  • If the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, if there is any shortfall in delivery or the items such as they had spilt / or were damaged, the Customer shall, at the time of delivery, return the items to the delivery agent with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against the signature of the delivery agent.
  • In case of any shortfall in delivery or the items spilling or being damaged, the Customer shall inform Speaking Tea within 24 hours. We shall thereafter initiate investigations into the complaint received. We shall make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within ten days from the commencement date. Speaking Tea's decision on completing such investigation shall be final, binding, and conclusive on the Customer, and the customer shall not dispute it.
  • After mutual agreement to refund the payment, Speaking Tea shall reverse the payment the same way the customer paid. There will be a restocking Fee of 20% on the Invoice Value, and Shipping Charges will not be refunded in any case.
